Everyone is invited to experience the dining culture and the long-standing family story tied to Phuket Island, reinterpreting past memories in the form of "Rongkopi."
"Rongkopi" values and meticulously crafts every menu item. The heart of it all is "homemade food" or Southern Thai dishes in Phuket style, inspired by family recipes. A must-try dish is "Moo Hong," the star of their savory offerings. This pork belly is patiently simmered for a long time until it's incredibly tender and melts in your mouth. The perfectly balanced sweet and savory soy sauce permeates every fiber of the meat, truly reflecting the time and care put into its preparation. And of course, beyond the savory dishes, we want to introduce their drinks and desserts, each with a story.
